Mine would be Kasper Schmeichel, Charlie Austin & Chris Brunt (out of contract)

I think they'll all add something to the squad, and obviously we want to retain Elmo!

    Thoughts?

Mannone, Bridcutt and Deeney or Murray (depending on which wins the play-offs)

Think It depends if Wigan are relegated, if they are I'd have al-Habsi and Kone (price depending) or Austin, bridcutt from Brighton.

Lionel Messi, Gareth Bale and David de Gea. If not, the three you mentioned might be OK. Or alternatively, Simon Moore, Peter Crouch and maybe King.

We'll be bringing in a lot more than three, but considering the positions that most need filling, I'd probably go Friedel, Bridcutt and Austin(I don't think Kone or Sako are likely options).

Turner (I'm never a big fan of players returning to clubs as it rarely works out as we'll as the first time, but I don't see many better realistic options in our price range and given Norwich's struggles this year it's certainly more a step sideways than backwards for him); Powell (loan from MU, we don't need THAT much investment in the midfield in comparison to other areas and I feel he could be an effective 20-25 game player who won't be unhappy on the bench) and a keeper... I'm still unsure on who... But I'd say Mannone, Moore or Kasper could be the more likely number 1's. Outside shout - Carlos Kameni, a very capable keeper at Malaga, 2nd choice this season and they're financial situation is well documented. £2m perhaps could lead to a very astute signing at 29 years old.

Bridcutt and McGugan on Fats and Sako from Wolves who wants out and who can blame him.

In fact Austin and Sako will be much cheaper than Rhodes.

    Di Santo, Cattermole, Schmeichel

(but I would also want Shaun Maloney, Robson-Kanu, Mark Davies, Danny Simpson, Scott Dann, Aruna Kone)

Plus some loans like Powell from United.

I do like the idea of Charlie Austin, but I think Di Santo's experience makes him a much safer bet.

    Mannone, Bridcutt, striker

    or

    Schmiechel, Neville, striker

    or even

    Steele, Trotter, striker

None of the striker options mentioned excite me really.

I sincerely hope not. Much better options out there now, unless SG comes on a free as #2, which I highly doubt.

James Chester, Ahmed Elmohammady, Paul McShane.

For me we need to sort this season's players out before we sign more. Apparently our second offer for Chester was lower than our first.
