    Not really, I interview regularly for the company I work for, why would I waste up to 2 hours of my day interviewing someone I had no intention of employing? There are no numbers to be made up, I sift through the CVs, chuck the ones that are crap and interview the decent prospects. I would question the managerial credentials of anyone that operated any differently.

    Well, I pretty meet none of the essential or desirable experience or knowledge. I'm genuinely surprised that they even offered me an interview.

    Your going to want to watch the first couple of series to get an idea of whats going on. Its hard enough tracking all the characters and storylines after watchin the first few series let alone coming in at S3.

    Great programme though.

    I've started from episode 1 of series 1. Not really sure what's going on at the moment. Sean Bean's found some wolves, and some dude is dead.
