Hopefully, you're someone who the exam format suits. Unlike the millions of wasted talent who have have perfectly good people down through the years but where the format hasn't suited them. Just do your best.

Got my last exam on Thursday.

Confident. Not because I read loads, but because I know enough to be able to blag a 2-1.

I must share this with you. An individual's cover of David Bowie's Space Oddity. The significance of this is superb because... well, you'll get the idea:

So the significance is completely lost on you. You missed the entire point. <doh>

So then maybe it's good that their league is getting better. PSG and Monaco will both have serious ambitions to reach the Champions League final (as Monaco did just 9 years ago). This isn't just some silly rich man's hobby, this is genuinely a team that can become one of the very best and Falcao wants to be a part of it.

Yes, I know. What I didn't want to do was give any clue to what was being watched. The fact was that, here was a man singing that song, maybe 45 years after it was written, inside the International Space Station, with not a special effect in sight. Everything you see in that video is real.

Or am I not young enough to find it mundane..?

I think it's cool, I've just seen a lot from him. This guy posts to Twitter and Reddit quite frequently, and posted this video to Reddit himself yesterday. Thanks to him I've seen a whole lot of footage from the ISS. Speaking of which, did you happen to catch the live spacewalk the other day?

No, I missed it. I'm working between computers at the moment, so my usual bookmarks aren't in place. I miss a lot if I don't have my bookmarks ready to hand. :)

I presume there is a recording..?

I wonder if he needed permission from DB to do that, being in space... hmm what or who`s laws apply

I bet DB would have been more than happy for his song to be performed on the ISS

If I end up hearing that David Bowie makes an objection to having one of his songs performed without permission, in such a special environment, then he's not the person I took him to be all these years.

Actually, I'm sure a request was made and granted.

You don't (in reality) need to get permission to record a YouTube cover like that, as long as it's clearly marked as a cover. However, I'm absolutely sure that Bowie would love this.

Bowie apparently tweeted about it, and it was a collaboration with Emm Gryner, who used to tour with Bowie.
