Yorkie - It's 2 tickets per fan ID with a max of 20 tickets per application. So it will need 10 fan ID's that meet the criteria to get 20 tickets. Just need a little patience as there will be plenty of tickets available.

Mrs W_Y suggested she might like to come along - Little Miss W_Y & me blankly refused, it's stressful enough without her coming along. She will be asking if they can do her a Soya frothy coffee and egg mayo sandwich with low fat mayo....<yikes>

But it does look as though we've got the sunny end.

Looks as though Blue Badge holders still have to pay for parking. Not sure how much yet, but I won't have any choice, can't ask the Mrs to push me in from further afield and really don't fancy the train at all.

If I recall correctly GG, there is a nice Curry House just by the disabled parking area - book yourself in for a Curry before the game?

Anyone who's up for a beer can come to my local pub - one stop from Wembley on the Jubilee so a bit less packed around the area.

Thanks for the tip- not sure I could do a curry at lunchtime - there'll be a few butterflies around.
If we do get there it'll be our first visit to the new Wembley.

However, it is the end we had at the Cup Final in 84.

We had the shady (West) End in 99........

A few comments on here about being up in the Gods. Normally you wouldn't want to be but, for those of you who've never been before, it's actually not too bad at the new Wembley. Was there for GB v UAE and we were literally in the back row but the view was perfect. Much better, for example, than Twickenham. You should however bring an oxygen mask as it's a climb that would make Sherpa Tensing nervous.

Didn't they move the pitch by about 45 degrees? I did the tour about two years back and I'm sure they said they moved the position of he pitch.

We will be getting on the Jubilee at West Hampstead after the train there from bandit country and will have a few in The Railway - could stop off again at Neasden or is it Dollis Hill?

Don't want to boast or anything, but I'm on the verge of complimentary corporate box tickets for the final...

I'll look down upon you commoners whilst I drink champagne and eat my prawn cocktail sandwiches, basking in the joy of Watford's promotion to the Premier League in my leather-clad armchair.

Yeah - um that's another reason i might have to turn down what I am likely to see come my way. I havbe a view about glory hunting which pales into insignificance compared to my opinion about corporate free loading <laugh>
