Yeah i agree with most of the posts, it was a really good match to watch and if we could only play that every match next season would be flying. Im not liking our defense from set pieces much and we can be a bit wasteful and shot shy. 1 or 2 class signings and i can see us top half next season too.
That's pretty much how I see it too. Routs,Ash and JDG were annoying as **** first half . Yet again I see Ash running up field! is it me or has Ash always done this ? in the first half he passed the ball out and went forward to get the return! im all for total football but I thought it was a bit reckless, maybe Laudrup has told them to do it ?? maybe Ash is headline grabbing to make his move go smooth ? I just never remember him doing that before,it was always business before pleasure with him.
Weekend side. Well lets see: De Gea - Spain 21 Jones - England Ferdinand - England (When Hodgson picks him) Vidic - Sebia (Retired) Evra - France Wellbeck - England Scholes - England (Retired) Carrick - England Kagawa - Japan Hernandez - Mexico Van Persie - Holland How many internationals do we have. 6 Tops?
Very proud today of our 'Team' performance and more than matched a very strong Manu starting XI, and second half we didn't half have them on the ropes at times, and with a bit of quality signings in the summer, we'll get another top 10 finish next season. The two Manu goals came from defensive slip-ups, and it happens with the best of teams. I thought we were good enough for a draw, and big shame we didn't have the back post covered, giving Ferdinand so much space to choose his spot, Michu's goal was great, and shattered Manu's ego, and we dominated from then on, but even though we lost, It's very positive going into the last game of the season, against Fulham which we should win........... PS: By the way, we only need 34 points next season to stay up, as Kairdiff will guarantee us 6!........ please log in to view this image
Just got back from 4 mad nights in Shagalluf so I'm feeling a bit Yes Man U were very lucky but they always do that don't they? Terrible defending and Ash was ball watching for both goals. Hernandez - I've been saying for ages that he'll come good but he still frustrates the hell out of me. He did all the hard work getting past 2 defenders then took a touch too many, lost the ball and they went up the other end and scored. But he keeps trying and I agree with you NJ that we played some great stuff at times. Ferguson said as much too.
Lads can I ask you to just ignore such ridiculous posts in future. Dai is on a wind up and looking for responses, and the best way forward is to just ignore such utter rubbish
We looked really good second half - dominating in fact If Pablo had shot when he should have - we'd have drawn or if the shot was a beaut - won.
Yes Fergie was in a more forgiving mood than the last time the two sides met!!.. Utd tend to score a lot of late goals I agree but it still annoys the hell out of me even with it being sir Alex's last home game! when they create the chances fair enough but when we gift them chances I get totally pissed off ! A draw would have been incredible but actually well deserved I think
Has Dai posted? now how did I miss his pearls of wisdom!...................... please log in to view this image

you just dont understand what today was all about.....man utd were already champions they went through the motions of playing the game with a WEAKENED side that they never really got out of third gear...we were an insignificance to them today other than finishing the season off. they play scholes, giggs and some young players and they leave rooney out....That was not unted's strongest team by a long way but that did not matter. they knew they could beat us at home any day of the week and other than some deluded fans on here everyone knows it......yes we gave them a good go but we were never going to spoil sir Alex's day whatever you think.... we are not that good....the same would have happened to most of the also rans.....we had to play them and they had to play us and it just so happens it was on sir Alex's very last day after a long career.....they did enough to win without a full side and in 3rd gear as the game was none other than do enough to win and thats just what happened...,.so why are you moaning that we never got a mention???......It was a very special day for Man utd and Sir Alex......we are so lucky we were there to be part of it....
Oh Dai shutup and sit down will you! your talking rubbish again, playing Rooney would have weakened MANU, not strengthened them, you really do have tunnel vision, get some laser surgery, and while your at it, have a brain scan as well!...............
Agree mate. I wonder if utd also went through the motions when they played us at home and only managed a draw ? .... A very proud performance today. Strange how some people beleive that fergie would be happy watching "just enough" performances from his players in his last home game, i mean how disrespectful is that ?
Dill you ignorant git! I saw you as you were leaving the stadium. I did shout but you were obviously concentrating on getting to the bar
Was your shouting a bit like this SA9 ? ..... .
I've just shown some people on the bus the rubbish being spouted by a certain poster. It's given them a good laugh and he's being ridiculed on here SA9, sorry didn't hear you mate, I've had a few you know
Not quite Norway. I only shouted once, but then noticed the drooling and desire in his eyes to top up his alcohol intake. He was clearly a man in need so I let him get on
