How many times in the past have our 'fans' crucified a player for poor performances.
I've lost count of some players who went on to do well at other clubs because they had less pressure.

I said on a different post about the amount of abuse Williamson takes. It HAS to affect his confidence. When he makes a mistake - or is dropped in it by midfield, he must worry every time. We are SUPPORTERS. SUPPORT the players.
At least give him a full season to make your judgment!

 

It's got nothing to do with the technical side of his performances. Regardless of how **** a player is, if his attitude is decent, I will get behind him.

Debuchy gets himself purposely sent off, and doesn't even look like he cares. I know the penalty that was given against him today wasn't really a penalty, but he could have easily given one away later in the half. He was just blatantly pulling someone down.

His attitude is a disgrace.

 

Am thinking you do not understand what the word "attitude" means?

He had a **** game, as others have said he needs time to settle in. Not particularly sure where you have got this poor attitude from.

His body language, his actions, his lack of effort. When he first came here he looked energetic.

But recently he's not looked the same. If Pardew goes, then hopefully the new manager can get him back onside. But if not, then he has to go. There's no way Pardew will get anything more from our players.

But still, even if your manager is a ****, you should still play for the fans. The lad shows no passion, and lack of care for the occasion.

We're supposed to be in a relegation dogfight, fighting to stay in the division, but he doesn't even seem to give a flying ****.

 

Regardless of how much of a knee jerk you think this thread is, apart from one person who was being a ****, I haven't insulted anyone or attacked anyone.

I've just stood my ground and expressed my opinion.

I'm not just gonna sit down and shut up because most people disagree with me.

 

There are plenty who are guilty of not doing that, I haven't really seen it in Debuchy. He looks frustrated as he knows he's better than he is showing. Cabaye however..................

I don't think you've suggested anything that is way off the mark at all. Listen, none of them are safe from being jettisoned out the door.

As long as we get value back for ANY of our lot then I'd snatch their hands off.

I'll give players time, no probs but not for their value to continue to plummet to a point where we can't shift them...
