Tweet from Craig ***an @Craigfagan7: "Manager leaves a club to get to the premier league then his old club reach the premier league and now he could be sacked #ironic"
I think he's just stabilised them for a good manager to come in and build on those foundations some seem to think he's so good at setting up
Don't give a toss about the guy. He left us, sod him, day he left us is the day he became insignificant in my footballing views. Bitter about him leaving, no, had he not left we would be mid table championship club playing boring football
i'll be honest, i actually wanted leicester to go through. Since NP's departure and their downfall to the lower end of the play off places I've not felt the same spite towards them, more like pity. And at the same time after hearing lots of ****e from palace and watford fans about how we do not deserve to go up and their overall arrogance towards us, the hate started shifting towards them. So I'll be a Brighton fan for the next few weeks.
the man left for a club offering him more money, the chairman offering more money for players, and a club he has an afffiliation with. i personally dont begruge some 1 doing that..... get a grip ffs.
Most people would look for a job with better pay so why should footballers/ managers be any different.
i don't either, NP is a bit of a tit and the fans were full of it when they were top of the table and at the start of the season but his move made sense to be perfectly honest. Also, how can some still be bitter about it when him leaving was the best thing that could have happened to us? Surely we should have all thanked him in hindsight?
they shouldn't he was offered more money he took it. thats life lads its all about the coin, get used to it
but are we paying Bruce more than Leicester are paying NP? plus are you saying that before NP left we tried to keep him by offering a new contract worth as much as Bruce? I doubt it.
I don't care if he gets sacked or not but if he does i will find it funny But too much credit is given for what was done here in his time as i believe most of it was down to the recruitment which wasn't his doing
Because he's a much better manager who's actually achieved something. Blockhead had the easiest job in the Championship and ****ed it up royally. What a ****.
Probably. We made no attempt to keep Nigel, I don't think Assem liked him all that much and once he made it clear he wanted out, we wanted him out.
