I guess that depends on his physical development. He already has the brain and ball-skills. Not very quick though, but neither was his dad and he could play a bit.
If he's anything lke his dad, we should start thinking about training him as a manager. Seriously, wonderfull season for the youngsters. The future's bright.
He's certainly got bigger and added a physical side to his game compared to a year ago. It's funny how quickly other people's kids grow, whereas FHB jnr, who is about the same age as Poyet, suddenly became 3" taller than me and I didn't notice it happening at all!

A well-run club. eh? That's what we were described as when Curbs was the manager and John Cartwright was running the Academy. I wonder if Watford could be called a well-run club? They rely mostly on loan players and are just downgrading their Academy to Category 3. Then again they are in the play-off final, but it's still a NO from me. Nevertheless I can see their method.
When and why did Cartwright leave us? These days my memory is only good for what happened before 1966 and what has happened since breakfast this morning.
He left to go to Palace but never said why. One of my work colleagues was a scout, and also left Charlton to go to Palace because they wouldn't pay him a bonus for recommending Kevin Lisbie. He said he was treated much better at Palace.
Just watched the Youth Cup Final - what a game - such skill and talent on show, and the Norwich captain had been released by Chelsea when he was 14, so he must have had the night of his life. Better than watching Brighton v Palace to be sure.
