Not all bad. Everton can still hold Chelsea on the last day, with them just having returned from a EL final in Amsterdam, and having to field what will be a side ravaged by injuries and tiredness. If Chels draw, and we win both our games we will get third if we have a better GD. Ours is 4 less at the moment. We need to focus on getting that win against Wigan first though.
Just reached home to see the rent boys came from behind to win at villa park .. ****, why couldnt they hold on for a draw .. a win is a must now
You've also scored less goals than us so you'd need to win both games by a total of +5. Can't really see two teams battling for relegation going down that easily. Everton also have nothing to play for. They'll want to do well tomorrow for Moyes last home game and secure 6th but that's it.
Wigan's defence is as much use as a chocolate teapot. However if we win our next two games I will be reasonably pleased. We actually only need 4 goals to match you, and hope you draw. I'm not sure what the form is for teams stuck on GD and same points. Does it come down to goals scored, conceded or what? EDIT: It seems that if it's locked at GD and points scored, the next thing is goals scored. So as you say, we'll need quite a few goals or an Everton win next week.
Battle for CL in Bundesliga is going right down to the wire. Freiburg play Schalke next Saturday and if Freiburg win they're in the CL at the expense of Schalke.
Zabaleta vs Espinoza has been the highlight. Both having good games. Hopefully Wigan will be knackered after this effort. Lets hope for extra time.
Kone has been excellent with his hold up play. Looking forward to his match up with Kos on Tuesday. That should be a great battle.
So Nasri came to win trophies did he? Subbed after 52 minutes. I wonder how winning the FA Cup will feel now.
