he's very hit and miss. tore derby a new one at the KP but looks lost on other occasions. if it were up to me i'd sign him up for another year with option of extending and loan him out to get him a whole season under his belt, preferably at championship level. Huddersfield will take him!

If it's true - there is a certain irony - NP played Waggy as a loan striker against Cardiff in our last first-leg semi (leaving a certain Mr Kermorgant on the bench) ... Waggy can't even get on the bench for us now whilst Kermo has been pulling up trees this season at Charlton - very unlucky not to notch a superb hat-trick in their last game ... It can be a funny old game ... to quote Jimmy Greaves.

Seems to be bullshit as nothing is backing up the rumour. But I suppose at the very least it would mean he could start looking for a club now and start his summer early.
