A lot of Scots are Managers or Politicians. It's because, by nature, they are interfering busy bodies. Or hairy, sweaty, cave dwelling, troglodytes. A bit of a generalisation, I know, but basically true.

Why wouldn't the manager of Wigan Athletic go and talk to other clubs that approach him? Just about every other Prem Club is bigger and would provide better opportunity. Besides, who are those clubs? As far as I know there was only Villa last season.
I suppose on the other side he hasnt jumped from one club to another chasing the money, so i he has been loyal to wigan which chairmen will like. You carnt blame him for just speaking to other clubs seeing whats on offer
I certainy wasn't knocking him for it and it seems he spoke to less clubs than I thought he had, but I think Kenwright wants a man who won't talk to another club unless he's already decided to leave. That said, I'm sure he's on the list and he'd be happy with him.
