Taking the trophy into schools

    Well my Neices school was one of the ones they took it to yesterday!

    She has little interest in football and is only 6 but she was so excited by it, in her words 'It was huge and gold and silver!'

    What a club we support. You can't imagine the big prem teams doing these kind of things.

    Never brought the trophy round my school when I was a kid. Oh hang on a minute...we never won one then <laugh>

    Great to hear throwoff.

    And if a 6-y-o girl with little interest in football was that excited, just imagine the impact it would have had on all the football-mad little tackers who might as we speak be pestering their dads for a shirt and a ticket to go see THE CHAMPIONS! :)
