With the relegation places from League 1 almost done and dusted with 2 games to go we can look forward to playing the Shakers, the Monkey Hangers, Pompey and the Iron And with the final games from the league below kicking off at 5.15 tomorrow itâs either the Stags or the Harriers who are rucking for the top spot with the unlucky ones joining the 2 Welsh clubs and the Mariners in the hat so it looks likely we will be replacing short away trips with long ones I would like to see Kidderminster make it as you can get there by train
blimey, only one decent away trip in the lot (portsmouth).... mind you though,, bury hasent been too bad the last couple of times! really we could do with york or torquay being relegated, but ithink aldershot are gone. we have to hope one of the others joins them as oppose to wimbledon or barnet
Well the line up for next season is all but sorted its the Stags and the Exiles joining the Shakers the Monkey Hangers Pompey and the Iron I was at our one and only game against the Exiles way back in late November 1973 when we beat them 3-1 in a 1st round FA Cup game at Loakes Park then we went on to lose 3-1 at home to the Posh. As for the play off final I hope the Bantams beat the Coblers as living only a 25 min drive from Sixfields its always an away trip that I can get to
lets hope the northampton get beaten at wembely to save us another long trip, away days are going to be a pain next year!
No Ron South Northants with an Oxfordshire post code between Banbury and Brackley I may go and watch their Blue Square North play off final against Halifax on Sunday
They call me Mr Observant Guy. Had I looked slightly to the left I would have known that This morning I went out of the house, and across the courtyard to the stables to ask my wife something. Couldn't see her so went back. Just before I got to the door I noticed the car, which is always parked just outside the door, had gone. FFS please log in to view this image
We've played The Exiles 45 times over the years, but I guess you lot don't have much of a Football League history. #tinpot
Look at it this way Ron at least your getting some exersize I'm always up and down the stairs for know apparant reason
