Absolutely nailed on we get a penalty tomorrow now. Although we'll definitely miss it. Where is Fabregas when you need him!
I know what you mean. A game Chelsea don't need, a pen that makes the stats less outrageous two different ways. If there's a two goal difference either way, the chances of Spurs getting a pen look pretty juicy. And I have to say getting one will only make it all look like an even bigger crock of **** than it already is. Of course it will all be forgotten amidst the inevitable "The ball's still hasn't come down" jokes after the inevitable embarrassing miss.
Can't wait for this game, 6 hours to go and I'm unable to think about anything else, it's gonna be a good game I can feel it. Biggest game of the season for us.
Each hour that passes by I have split visions of us winning and losing. If there is a footballing God (other than Gareth Bale ), bless us with good fortune and 3 points tonight, PLEASE! Amen.

I wish I had your optimism, YV! i don't know how we're going to do it if lennon and Dembele are out. Come on lennon... pull through!
I'm not optimistic apart from that I think it will be a good game. I'm just looking forward to it with a mixture of nerves and excitement. COYS!
I think the plan is for a team of healthy players (not including, alas, Dembele and Lennon) to close down like their lives depend on it, and then for someone to provide a moment of magic. I've no idea who that someone could be, though.
Please allow me to get my excuses in first. This game would be hard enough with a fully fit team. But with the players we have missing it's going to be even harder. Just thought I'd say that before the inevitable post match uproar and claims that "we don't deserve" CL footie anyway. We have a chance though, and when there's a chance... er... there's a chance!
I forgot to give us credit for not blowing it against Southampton. This is the kind of game you wait all year for. C.O.Y.S.
Same here mate. If we play that 'slow passing among the back 4 before Dawson hoofs it' style, Chelsea will tear us a new one. We need to get at them fast and blitz the flanks and around the back, a bit like the Arsenal match, IMO. Hopefully Lennon will be fit and Bale starts on the wing.
I'd prefer Luiz missed and caught Mata between the eyes. Nothing against Mata, he's a quality player...plenty against Chelsea though.
Lloris; Walker, Dawson, Vertonghen, Assou-Ekotto; Lennon, Huddlestone, Parker, Holtby, Bale; Adebayor Friedel, Caulker, Naughton, Carroll, Dempsey, Sigurdsson, Defoe Oh bollocks...
