Hope Klopp does not go there and take Lewandowski with him! IF it is Moyes, well, could be interesting for our rivals. :emoticon-0116-evilg

Could there be a swing. Big balls by Moyes to step in but will he have the same effect? 10 years without a trophy going to a club that demands at the minimum trophies each year, not just carling cup either, prem, CL, FA cups.

Fergie will be upstairs pulling the strings mate.

But you can't blame the man for at least giving it a go, it's Everton that are left in the **** rather than the Mancs.

Lol reading through some of the tweets and coming across a load of "best of luck"

Best of luck? The man has done it all for 26 years! He doesn't need anymore luck, should be saying " Kick back and ****ing relax you old plonker!" <laugh>

Of course man, to have the stones to step into that role, immediate respect to not shy away from something that is a bit daunting if we are honest. Gotta be careful if Fergie is upstairs pulling the strings, it doesn't normally work and even our own Shankly was told to do one by Paisley as his influence was affecting the trainings.

Shanks regretted retiring but once he had it was to late to return, the players were still calling him boss when he showed up for training etc and Bob felt uncomfortable, so Shanks spent match days at Goodison, Old Trafford and Celtic Park at the invitation of their respective managers.

I felt really bad about that at the time, Shanks was once refused entry to the official club entrance so obviously pissed off he stood in the queue for the Kop and paid in, he was treated by us that day on the terraces as he should have been by the club, but i think LFC learnt a lesson from the Mancs after a similar situation with Busby undermined the first 2 or 3 of his successors at OT.<ok>

It is a very thin line and very tough. Albeit HOdgson was WOEFUL, you had a bit of that with Kenny as the clubs ambassador and the people immediately knew who they wanted and the possible presence of Kenny undermined Roy ( again, Roy was terrible but you can see how it could also be the other).

We shall see though, going to be interesting. Weren't United going after Ronaldo as well? Will he want to play for Moyes now?

My reporter mate's writing the story now. Still not official. Something went tits-up with Klopp. I only spoke to him for 15 seconds as he's hectic.
