I would certainly take Curtis Davies, liked him for a while now! However £3m seems a bit steep since he's got a year left, at a cash strapped Birmingham and has stated he wants to move to the PL, therefore forcing Brum's hand. Speaking of Brum, how much do you reckon Nathan Redmond would cost, great little player!
There are some cracking rumours on here: http://www.football-rumours.co.uk/hull-rumours.php Guaranteed a laugh.
Curtis Davies of Birmingham is todays paper rumour. www.dailymail.co.uk/sport/football/article-2320949/Curtis-Davies-wanted-Hull-City.html Not sure he is good enough anymore for the PL even if it does have any truth to it.
I think any player who wins their Player of the year can't be too far away from premier league standard?!
True but I also remember what Aluko did to him last november nevermind what Gedo and Boyd did this March. I just think he is far too slow for the PL now. Davies or Turner ? No debate imo.
Booking my summer holidays. Forwards imo have to be SB priority. We need goals. I would get in quick for Bakary Sako @ Wolverhampton. Club in a right old mess and they need to slash the wage bill and fast. M. Salah from FC Basle would be a great addition. I wonder if our 3 egyptians can help swing the deal ?
Curtis Davies - £3m from Birmingham to City *gossip* http://www.hulldailymail.co.uk/Hull...urtis-Davies/story-18924234-detail/story.html
Oh I don't know - Birmingham were pretty woeful for most of the season - and to think some people were hoping we appointed Lee Clark last summer!
No chance on salah tickles, he'll probably spend another season or two at Basel then be off to Bayern, he will know this too. For us to poach him now would cost a bomb, mr. Allam missed the chance to get him for peanuts when Bayern found him and sent him to Basel.
