Absolutely none, Man United are not going to be remotely interested in Bruce as their next manager. Everton might be ****ed though. And it should be 'Fergie's done one'.
I was just about to type "Fergie's Done One", when I saw there was this poorly-titled thread here already
He might be retiring, but he'll still be manager for a few years. He always gets plenty of time added on at the end.
Quote of the day on SSN - So who will be the next Manchester United manager - Iain Dowie? Fortunately they were just cutting to him.
Apparently there will be a minutes applause in honour of SAF at Man Utd's game at the weekend. It is due to take place in the 98th minute
I didn't mean from that perspective. I meant from the point of view of getting some cheeky loans based on Bruce's connection with Ferguson. As for who his successor will be, I can't see it being anyone other than David Moyes.
I'm not sure that their relationships with other clubs will change that much with a new manager. It's still in their interest to lend their youngsters out and Hull City have proven themselves to be a good option when doing that. Anyway, there's other big clubs to pilfer from than just Man U. Bit daunting for whoever gets that gig though...
