So King Kenny has had enough of the Dockers and has quit. Now what for Millwall? Can't see who will come in and keep them up next season. Wolves do it again!! They've gone and sacked Dean Saunders. Their chairman really is a joke, arrogant prat who is busy destroying a great club. But that's football today, all about the money. Can't see a queue forming at Molineux to take over from Saunders. Bloody disgrace!!
Agree that Wolves probably have been a little hasty in sacking Saunders. but I also think this is a very appealing job for some young manager to go in an steady the ship, be the MASSIVE club in the league and secure a promotion on their CV. Oh and Millwall?... who?
Oh and Millwall?... who? They are the team who used to be in the Championship......then Div 1........Div 2.......Conference.....GONE
How funny if Colin ended up at Millwall. They will love his up and under approach. Wolves struggled to find a manager before finally appointing Saunders, will be more difficult in Lge One. He did a super job at Donny, so can't understand Wolves sacking him as he knows Lge One and was well placed to do a clearout of players and rebuild. Typical Steve Morgan, hatchet man chairman who hasn't a clue!
A manager that has just become available is a certain David O'Leary The court case against Al Ahli that prevented him taking on another role was concluded on the 3rd May - He won the case and pocketed $5.2M in damages. I hope we don't approach him as he was probably the worsed manager ever to grace the Prem.
far sighted, strategic, insightful............................................ ...........................are all things I am hoping we'll be saying about BM
dream ticket - young successful manager with an instinct for the pulse of a Larrndon club, coupled with the epic far sightedness and stylish playmaking of Director of Football Neil Warnock. It could well happen To be serious, who the hell who is any good will take the job, and why are we discussing it on the Leeds board?
Because we all know that whatever happens we will find it funny.... Best of all there is a better than slim chance that Colin gets the job, or that whoever they get is a disaster.
you are right on all counts Glory H, it is funny, and its so bad they could even end up with Neil (mind you, we did too .............)
I think that the Millwall board will have to take a longer term view and appoint Grayson. At least he knows how to get out of League 1.
