Well done Dan - this will be my last ever post thanks to you I misread your ironic apology TO Watford fans as one For watford fans as you did not agree with what we were saying - I never said I do not make mistakes. I went onto your home page to see if I could understand why you dislike me so much or to see if you were just a kid who was a "Kevin" I am pleased that like that scum Marco you aim to get under people's skin - even if unlike him you only want to wind me up - yup you succeeded. Do you really think you get on with everyone else ? Well bully for you. You do not need to put me on ignore as this is my last post - - funnily I have never put anyone on ignore Guys - I am fed up - I came on to not606 to have friendly banter - not to get into arguments with people I do not even know. The season has all but ended and so I think I will call it a day. May catch a few of you on e-mail.
Leo, see Dan's apology thread. Now lets move on. I'm heartened by Brentford's performance today. They must have thought they were up, not once but twice before finally clinching a place in the final. Mini Bloother was devastated on Saturday, but now he's thinking he could be going to Wembley. So lets get behind Zola and the boys and COYH. Hornette, are you going for 6-2 on aggregate?
Thanks Bloother - I certainly hope we can all move on. I actually think Zola could be our secret weapon. We have a pretty young team and his experiencee of big match atmospheres might help. They clearly idolise him for who he was (scares me to think I was in my 20s when he was so good!) and for all other fans have criticsed the set up this year we seem to have an amazing team spirit. I agree about Brentford - they were outstanding in terms of spirit and will to win. I really hope they finish the job now.
Deep down I feel we may struggle to raise ourselves for the play-off's, but when I get like this I try to find something to do to make a difference and to look for the positives. So I have got my tickets sorted for both games against Leicester and I think that we are due a little piece of luck after lady-luck deserted us on Saturday. It means 2 more games and trip to Wembley... Also I believe the GFZ is the man to motivate the players again to keep going and push them to a result at Leicester - this is the key match and the first 20 minutes will be vital. COYH - one last push to glory!
Putting aside who will be in goal, who else should start? I fancy Hey Ho for Deeney, and should one size get a recall?
I'm feeling a lot brighter now, had a bit of a row with a fellow horn on leaving the ground on Saturday.....I was probably feeling a bit crabby (and so was he). We now have a job to do and I think we are miles better than Leicester (no disrepect to any Leicester supporters) so a win is definitely on the cards. Just one final note, I thought the fans support was brilliant on Saturday the noise and atmosphere was fantastic even the lower rous had a bit of a murmour. All we have to do is replicate it and roar the hornets on to victory at Wembley CMON YOU ORNS

My fear that keeps niggling away at me is how good are we when is comes down to rolling the sleeves up, getting physical, and win two cup ties. Our style has been wonderful to watch, but is it suitable for a real battle. During the last 10 mins Saturday I thought that we would throw the kitchen sink at them, but somehow it never came. I don't know what will happen at Leicester. Will they attack us early and leave themselves open for a counter attack? Will they think that they will keep it tight and try to win it at Watford? An early goal for either side could be vital.
So Brentford managed to lift themselves to get to Wembley and arguably they had more reason to feel depressed. Back the team, back the goalie, back GZ and help them to write their own history.
Spot on Peril - of course we were all down after Saturday. But winners pick themselves up and start again...the sun is out and all is better in the world and I for one cannot wait until Thursday! COYH
Looks like Bond will be able to play on Thursday - is currently in Milan getting a carbon fibre face mask fitted. Bet Bonham is relieved.
I see Bond is in Italy having a face mask fitted Anybody know how Almunia is? saw this on football.365 "Bond is definitely ruled out of Thursday's play-off semi-final first leg against Leicester after a collision with Dominic Poleon resulted in a suspected broken nose but Almunia, who sustained a hamstring injury in the warm-up, is expected to start." Nice tweet from Scott Loach: "Bonham earlier tweeted: "Massively disappointed but can only move onwards upwards! I believe in myself, my ability and have the best people around me to go forward." Loach, now with Ipswich, replied: "Mate ur a top lad and gk, u will b fine. Loved working with u. Real talent. Keep your head up."
Those face masks are almost becoming trend. Obviously they're good because they enable players to get back as quickly as possible but can you imagine how awakward and uncomfortable they must be? You certainly wouldn't want to be too vain either - can't imagine Ronaldo wearing one!
