I said it in another post he looked like a different player, to me this is the first time he has looked fit all season.

Well done son, but no beer for you tonight, save it for when we are safe.

    Hull fan in relative peace.

I thought Johnson was destined for greatness but has apparently stalled somewhat this season.

Tonight he was excellent, England standard without a doubt.

How **** is James McLean though?

    ****ing awful.

    Johnson was good

McClean has been really bad this season, not his fault though. Lack of quality but never a lack of effort

A revelation under Di Canio, and running at about 80% the player we thought we'd bought, he will be top next season (especially if we're in the ****ing Championship).

McLean is ****ing woeful, really he is.

How many ****ing yellow cards did that French **** CM deserve for Stoke by the way, filthy little tramp, hope he ****s a sea turtle.

He really stepped up tonight, finally filled the shirt to near his potential. He drove the team second half.

I think not just tonight, he'sbeen markedly improved under Di Canio.

    Respect maybe? Who knows.

Yes Johnson played well. However, its his first really good game in 9 months. What on earth were they doing in training under MON. Di Canio's stroke of genius simply is: getting Johnson out of the castle eden inn. Just hope he can play like that every week now.

AJ finally produced what we thought he was capable of when we bought him. Easily man of the match tonight.

Carried the team with his dogged perseverance to make something happen. Well done AJ you have now set your benchmark.
