... what's fickle Proud? ... he managed to get a win at a ground that we haven't won at since 1972 - now I could have said that it was a fluke or wholly down to the players - instead I give some credit to the manager - what's fickle? Has that one result changed my mind about Nigel Pearson? not one bit - I remain unconvinced- but as I've also posted elsewhere on the board - I would love for him to prove me completely wrong.
Had he not won that game he would have been saked. Saying he won't after winning that game doesn't make Fosse fickle. I think if we are playing Championship football next season then Nigel Pearson won't be our manager.
it wasnt racist just an acceptance of inferiority they have robin hood (a fictional man in green tights) we have a playoff place im sure the spitter had a job catching lloyd after all their fullback lasted 20 minutes
I've heard that Dyer put his fingers up to the Forest fans behind the dugouts. Be honest, pulling out the race card is a little bit uncalled for without evidence.
You don't know that. I'd like to think our owners are a bit more sensible than some of our fickle fans.
Fickle? If we'd not won yesterday then we'd have ended the season with 2 wins in 17. Come on, you know the expecation here. He very nearly failed in spectacular style.
There's been at least two points this season when it's been said that our owners would sack Pearson if we didn't win. We didn't and they didn't. Why? Because our owners haven't over-reacted like some of our fans and the media have. Our owners can only expect a top six finish - this league is too unpredictable to ask for more. If results had gone different yesterday, we'd have only just missed our target - hardly justification for sacking. If we finished third or sixth we'd still be facing good teams in the play-off zone. Any claims that we should have gone up automatically this season are hard to justify and seem to be made from an unrealistic assessment of our season - we've hardly ever been in the top two all season and only did so because of an exception six game run.
Some people was calling for Nigel to be sacked after losing to Burton in a league cup match 5 games into the season. I have backed Nigel all the way and massive credit has to go to Top and Vichai for doing the same
I'm glad you beat Forests for 2 reasons. 1. I put money on you to go up a while back and stand to trouser some coinage if you get promoted. 2. The biggest set of bellends to attend the KC for some time were Foresters who were sat in the corporate seats this season. The smirk will have been well and truly wiped off their faces. The ****s.
Still think Matty James is ****? He has been absolutely top class in recent months. One of the main reason we grabbed 6th place
Do keep up Proud old chap. I rescinded my previous opinion on Matty a while back, weeks and weeks ago. I think it was when he came back from injury. I admitted I had got it wrong and that he was a decent larker. Takes a real man to do that. I have since turned my negative energy onto De Laet. You don't up and I've heard we're coming in for James.
Ritchie De Laet has been very good If you want to pick on Konchesky we will join in very inconsistent and overall unreliable
