Even if City would spend £10mill on a striker , a £10 mill valued striker wont want to come to City on its first season in the Prem ,
We won't spend more than 4 mill on any player - who are these freaks who think we just qualified for the champions league..??
Remy's wages would be massive. Austin or Rhodes could be decent and i think Rhodes would be available for a lot less than Blackburn paid for him. Altidore is a name i keep seeing, he'd cost 5-7 million but likes the club and has improved massively since we last had him. Darren Bent is another name i keep seeing, he's decent but again, wages could be a problem.
He didn't say you had to spend the 10 million, all those mentioned would cost less. We don't want to throw money round like confetti like some clubs do, I expect you can think of those club(s)
Good God it was only done for a laugh, in the euphoria of yesterday while recovering from hangover I would be suprised if we spent anything above £2-£3m for any player......geesh
We will be looking at bosmans and loans next season. I doubt we will pay much in transfer fees at all, and rightly so. I would prefer that 10m to go towards a new training ground\youth set up.

Since 10million is extremely unrealistic, I'm gonna move the limit to about 3million. Odemwingie, Le Fondre, Kone (If Wigan drop)
Im guessing that if the Allams & Bruce we're willing to pay 2.5m for prozzy, in the championship, out of their own money, they'll be willing to pay £5m+ on a player for the prem, with the club's new small fortune. ALF would be a good shout but i'd like to think bruce has been scouting all season for someone better.
