Cheltenham Vs Northampton later today in the second leg of the League 2 Play-Offs. I just wanted to lend my support to the Cobblers and I hope that they can build on their 1 goal advantage and get to the final Adebayo Akinfenwa, is Jason Scotland on steroids! Come on you Cobblers!
Yeah, up for that, really hope the Cobblers can do it tonight, got a lot of good mates who are season ticket holders at Sixfields and are going away tonight, lots of us who live here are supporting them tonight, Man U, Man city, Tottenham (loads of them), Ipswich (that's me)... All hoping for a Cobblers win and a trip to Wembley!
Yup, I'm going, ticket £41, train return £17, less than I spend going to Portman Road (I could have got a cheaper ticket, but I'm going (by invite) with some Cobblers lads and they, understandably, wanted decent seats.) Massive game for The Cobblers who go into the game as underdogs, they've played Bradford four times this season and haven't beaten them, but it's a one off at Wembley, and previous form often goes out of the window on these occasions. Combined, I think Bradford and Northampton have sold about 45,000 tickets, which will by no means fill Wembley, but for a League 2 match is quite an attendance! We're all meeting at the Castle Station at 08:30, train to Euston and Wembley and on the lash as soon as... Will be my first visit to the new Wembley and I'm looking forward to it immensely... COME ON YOU COBBLERS!
But does she sound like she's from Bradford? <déjà vu> Also I'm out behind enemy lines for a night out in Naaaarwich and I'd say that at 24 I'm in the serious minority! Everyone's either 40+ or 16..... I'll let everyone make their own comments and assumptions as I'm s#°t faced enough to find anything attractive
I've only ever had one night out in Norwich and it ended with me being sick on the train back to Ipswich several times and moving down the carriage and then asking some poor girl to go to bed with me. I was amazed that the vomit down my shirt and telling her 'it wouldn't take long' wasn't enough to persuade.
We had a few pints with a group of Bradford supporters after the match, great lads who knew their football, I wish them well in League 1
