Blah blah blah, money spent, blah blah. No **** we spent the money we had poorly, tell us something we don't know Maybe if we didn't swap managers every year we'd be able to build a team over a few seasons rather than replacing them each transfer window. It's no wonder money needs to be spent. Difference is that whilst we were almost bankrupted by those two clowns, we're clawing our way back up and aiming for top 4 within a few seasons whereas Everton seem very content stagnating in 5-7th, losing their best players and reinvesting in Man U's reserve players to keep the already average squad average. Congrats again if you manage to win the 'higher than liverpool trophy' this season, but even that's not guaranteed yet. Anyway, looking forward to today's game. I don't fancy us for a win. Normally after a few good games, we get cocky (stemming from Brenden and his shoddy press conferences) and fail to turn up. Not that I think Everton will outplay us, but because we'll do nothing. Hope I'm wrong.
Does Fellaini's position near the end of the list confirm he will be a hoofball target for Stokerton rather than a CDM?
No, it means he's going to be a world class forward...like in the last derby when he was quite possibly the worst player on the pitch. #overrated
I live with 3 other Liverpool fans and one Everton fan. Really need us to win today as the Everton fan happens to be the single loudest, hyperactive, irritating and childish person I know (and like haha).
Every derby I always hope it will be a good advert for football, it seldom is due to the speed it gets played at. Hopefully the ref won't want to be the star and both teams can keep 11 players on the pitch. It will be interesting to see how Coutinho copes with the pace /aggression of the game, hopefully he will cope as we know Downing will bottle every tackle.
