You can say what you wish to on here Marko as we are an easy going lot. Ever heard the saying "I think he protests too much". You are trying to protect your team which I can understand, but there is hardly a fan from another club up and down the land that would not label you as dirty Leeds. There were things going on out there today that should have been punished, yet due to an incompetent ref were not. I do not blame your lad for the accident to our keeper, although there was clearly a foul for which he was booked. However there were a lot of elbows being used, sly pushes when the ref was badly placed and some bad tackles. Maybe not the big things that blinkered fans see, just nasty little things which keep the reputation intact.

You lost because we were better than you on the day, you can go on about what might have happened until the cows come home but I don't see where a better keeper would have changed the game.

You may bemoan the loss of Almunia, but he's hardly 'safe hands' himself. I've seen him commit so many howlers there's no guaranteeing he'd have saved McCormack's shot.

There's a reason why he finds himself playing for Watford.

I don't care how many fans there are who label us as dirty Leeds, it doesn't make it right or even accurate. My argument was that it is a reputation that is not befitting us and from an objective point of view it never has been as we have never been any worse than any other club.

As for those sly pushes and bad tackles, I saw Brighton doing far worse last weekend, so why don't they get that "dirty" reputation? Your argument is not justified, at all. The behaviour you're talking about, it's things that EVERY club does. It doesn't make it right, but it means that other teams are JUST AS BAD and that giving one club a label for a reputation for doing something that EVERY TEAM DOES is WRONG.

Those niggly little fouls were coming in from both sides. I saw plenty of it from your players. But the worst I've seen of it this season is from Brighton. They were also diving a lot. They actually bought a red card through theatrics.

Do you call them dirty Brighton? You better start, or concede that you're wrong, because your argument suggests you should be doing. Same applies for every other team that partakes in these practices.

    Glass houses, stones, etc.

At the end of the day we lost - pure and simple. We are all entitled to our opinions as to WHY we lost - for me the goalkeeping effect was so massive that I think it undermined us. You can argue that a better team would have coped - could be true but who cares? We are the third best team in the Championship this year and were unlucky today - I did not underestimate Leeds as I think McDermott is a good manager - shame you did not still have Colin - he is so clueless he did not realise we relaid the pitch this year and have one of the best playing surfaces around.

Unlike a number of other clubs who have played and beaten us - especially including Cardiff and Hull I don not wish you any luck in the future but hope you go back to League 1 - unfortunately I don't think that will happen and fear before long your lovely gracious warm hearted fans will bless the Prem

I've not seen anything about them, only NNW using them as an excuse for what he said on the Hull board.

I agree that the loss of two goalkeepers in the most important match of the season had a devastating effect on the rest of the team - they must have thought the football Gods were against them. Having said that I don't blame dirty play for this loss - or Leeds, you can only beat the team you're up against on the day - we lost, and we need to regroup quickly. All that matters now is Leicester. Pick ourselves up and we can still do it. We don't need to be discussing Leeds any more - they can start their summer holidays, relishing another season trying to be number 2 in Yorkshire alongside Barnsley whilst kidding themselves that they are close rivals of Man.UTD and Liverpool.

You see this is why you're a ****. You hope that on what basis?

    Bitter, bitter Watford.

I can only hope you fail in the playoffs, your bitterness deserves no success.

You're aware I have nothing to protest against. All I've done is objectively point out where you're wrong, you've been protesting at a "poor performance from the ref" all afternoon.

The ref wasn't great, but all the key decisions he got right. The only mistakes he made from my point of view were booking Brown for a perfectly clean challenge and booking Poleon for something that wouldn't have been a booking had there been no accidental injury.

    Two injured goalies
    some dodgy reffing
    two novice goalie errors
One over zealous forward who got booked twice

... cost us the game we really clearly should have and deserved to win....

we live to play another day.... Thursday I believe

    ****s are useful -you're not :)
Oh how surprised am I that you hope we fail in the play offs?
Don't confuse bitterness with disappointment and dislike. We are disappointed and everyone dislikes Leeds - but you don't give a **** :)
By the way, you are wrong, I have not posted anything on your board (that was LLoydinio) and wish you would have confined your remarks to this thread instead of coming on our discussion of the play offs -which don't concern you
You are a self confessed WUM and it is a shame that one of our number saw fit to encourage you in your wummng
