http://www.dailymail.co.uk/sport/fo...s-Maynor-Figueroa-ruled-remainder-season.html I hadn't seen this posted anywhere on here, sorry if I missed it! Losing Figueroa is going to be massive for Wigan, I think the stars are starting to fall into line!
Doing sums in my head and praying for a Wigan loss is why I was up at 5.00 this morning. Am confident in the day, but not so much when lying awake with those relegation demons whispering in my ear.
I really need Mauricio to come round and whisper in my ear, but that would be a whole different scenario
I must say this forum seems to be going downhill into a very dangerous area very rapidly...please stop giving the current Mrs Onionman ideas. Vin
It's the same bollocks as last season onion. Every team we play will turn into bayern munich, saints will be **** and every result will go against us.
Yeah, we'd bottled it and didn't have a hope of the autos. And then we somehow made it to the Prem, and we'd bottled it by losing the first four and were nailed on for relegation. Then we dug out from that, only to lose to Sunderland, and with 'Arry sure to work miracles at QPR, we were lacking fortitude and sure to go down again. And now we've gone and lost two of our last eight games and we're only a half-dozen results going against us from needing a final-day point, which means that everything is crumbling and we're doomed and all of our cats will get horrible cat cancer and our significant others will leave us and we'll be living in a van down by a river alongside all of the Saints players who will have taken up heroin to ease the pain of our historic collapse and Pompey will buy St. Mary's for 50p and turn it into a shrine to David James and that's all without mentioning the asteroids oh god the asteroids.
