Nothing wrong with Holly, nothing wrong with a bit of junk in the trunk either! Neither of em are gonna look smashing on the morning after a night of doing devious dirty things to them But if I get to pick its a sambo, I'll be the filling with Alba and Johansson bread! I'd teabag the pair of them till the juice ran clear

I hate DIY and not exactly an expert but I'll give most things a go becauae I can't afford to pay someone.
for me its the other way round, love DIY but not that good at a lot of it, esp plumbing, have mates who could show me Electrics, plastering, joinery etc but i can do them any way, well to an acceptable fashion. wouldn't mind a barbecue myself, but i want to build one in the garden first rather than buy one ie made out of bricks with a couple of trays, which will involve a lot of work, as i want to extend a concrete bit of the garden and build a home made barbecue on that space, a lot of digging involved though arghhh, and i have already dug near a tree to flatten a sloping hill and that's a pain in the arse esp with roots.
It's taken years for me to get my garden sorted but I'm just about there now. Does anyone on here have a man cave? I've got my own room all sorted to escape the wife and kids, essential for a happy life.
not personally, my mate has one the lucky fecka, he goes down their for a smoke and normally keep his motorbike in their, so its one of them you get the smell of mechanics etc. have a shed for tools etc, but i wouldn't want to turn it into a man cave as we have trees at the back of ours and foxes have got in through the roof and jumped through the ****ty plastic windows they put on them,so in short its ****ed as they have dug under neath as well.
I live in a mid-terrace with not much of a garden and the bit I do have is paved. However, I do have a cellar that I want to make into a proper room, just need to save the pennies first as that's something I wouldn't do myself: damp proofing!
I love my garden, I moved house (again! long story) at the back end of last year & the house we bought has a very large garden (about 3/4's of an acre) & it was the previous owners passion. So this Spring we've seen all sorts popping up all over the place & it's been a joy to get out there & spend time doing tasks that 10 years ago I'd have hated having to do. Odd how age changes your perspective on things. My kids have all flown the nest, so I don't need a bolt hole, but if the Mrs is doing my head in I go in my gym.
Gym, man cave, cellar! feel like i am missing out here, i want to escape things i have to go for a ****, batards!
