One of the masterpieces of advertising, that brings a new expression to the vernacular infested tongue that is English.

Up there with the likes of; "Course you can Malcolm" "It's in the wrist action" "Naughty but nice", I could go on, as most of you are already aware.

Don't forget the trivia question. Whoever gets it might want to pose one of their own...

Ok, I didn't cheat and just Google it, but I came across the answer to the question while looking at pompey memorbilia for my Dad on eBay........

    The answer is 1959......but I don't think I deserve a prize.

Pompey's game at Accrington next week: How many Pompey fans will be there?

    On the plus side:
A lot of fans enjoy a long away day trip.
You will very probably be going to a ground you've never been to before.

    On the minus side:
It's a lunch time kick off and live on the telly.
It's a long and expensive journey to make

    Are you going?
If not, would you have gone if it hadn't been on the telly?

There's a bit of an argument going on at the moment anyway as to how away tickets are allocated.

I suppose everyone is entitled to one?
They didn't think that through, did they?

They say they are just following previous practice - which is another argument in itself.

But it does seem that this was just not thought through. An answer may well come from the Fans Conference as they try and consult with as many fans as they can get to.

Too far, I think my away day distance limit is around Yorkshire, and that's only if I find someone to go with. On my own I think my limit is the Midlands.

Accrington is a town in the Hyndburn borough of Lancashire, England. It lies about 4 miles east of Blackburn, 6 miles west of Burnley, 20 miles north of Manchester city centre and is situated on the mostly culverted River Hyndburn.

    There you go Lapras <ok>

Tbh - I thought it was nearer Merseyside - good job I'm not going then, as I'd have got lost <laugh>
