I don't think city would be that desperate to offload him on loan and pay his money, the player would really want to come back here and I would guess there would be a few teams willing to match or get near his wage with a permenant deal, throw in the signing on fee and he would have parity I suppose. Scott was always a Brenden Rodgers player anyway and I would think that returning to the Swans would be one of his last options .

Flanny Halligan or whatever her name is looks pretty daggy without the makeup - and during "I'm a Celebrity" appeared incredibly dull with a smattering of outright stupidity.

As for Sinclair, I'm beginning to think Laudrup may actually take a serious look at him. He never fulfilled his potential with us last season and I genuinely think Laudrup could be the man to get the best out of him, though it's a difficult one and we wouldn't want to pay too much that's for sure.

But didn't he say recently that the highlight of his career was signing for city? <laugh>

Yes he did say that!.................<laugh>......But there was no conviction from him in that interview, though the Express are reporting that Laudrup has 'opened the door for Scott Sinclair to rejoin Swansea'. So he must be getting really desperate on that Citeh bench, must have learnt so much watching these Citeh magicians doing their amazing stuff, not!....................<cheers>

I'd have Scott back. He frustrated a few people but personally I thought he could normally produce a bit of magic - even if it's from the bench <ok>

I would like to see him back, provided he is cheap and doesn't affect our budget enough to stop us bringing in players up front and at centre back. Although his career has stalled at City I think he is still a good player. A mate of mine is a City fan and he says that on the rare occasions that Scott has played he has looked good, so even though he hasn't played much first team football he might have improved in some ways as a player thanks to training with world class players for a season.

We need another winger, and if Scott is available cheaply he'd be the right signing to make. Maybe he didn't set the world on fire in his first PL season for us but he still scored a few key goals, and this season Dyer and Hernandez have not always been consistent themselves. Remember chaps, form is temporary but class is permanent!

Someone said he'd have to accept being behind Pablo in the order - I fkucking won't - Anyone behind Pablo would be outside the ground!. He looked better Saturday onle because he has been atrocious since the injury. Don't want' to hear ****e about potential he doesn't seem able to do the simple things - the last kick of the game was him passing it to them .........................Again!! If Laudrup persist with Pablo next year then I'll begin to question his judgement - right now is the time to give him a game so we can assess whether he has it or doesn't so I'm Okay with him playing - but if he's still in the starting line up next year it will be because Laudrup either has blinkers or won't admit his mistake in signing him. His disruption of the rest of the team is waht pi88es me off. Sinclair - if Laudrup thinks he can turn hime around and we get him cheaply OK. It really wasn't his fault he was brendan's pet and kept getting picked instead of sitting out - watched the training sessions and they were best pals (and Gylfi) so maybe Scousers will make a bid for him.

Pablo looked better Saturday because Man City have the FA cup final Saturday and their players didn't want to get injured.
I'm not reading anything into Saturdays game because I thought it was a practice match.

    Top post though Lumber
