Update on this, I've received a full apology from Gareth Rogers (the journo in question) and he said it was an honest mistake on his part and as soon as I pointed it out they removed said article. Fair play and I believe him that it was just a mistake rather than malicious.
Incompetence is what it is. What's the world coming to when journalists cant even plagiarise each other correctly?
