Standard has both Milan and Roma in for him. Good, I like him, has made some great saves this year but also seems to have lost focus, and a luxury for the NPC. If he wants to stay in London, Gooners would be best bet.
Kevin Blackwell the Manager of the ' Shakers ' walks into Tony Fernandes's office. He see's our Tone playing poker with our goalie. Just as Julio is about to make a huge bet Blackwell says, '' You should come to Bury Cesar, not raise him. ''
I think he's seriously overated. May once have been a great keeper but one or two (one against Chelsea) very good saves have disguised some real clangers - Gorks for Reading at Loftus Road Ramirez for Southampton at St Mary's, and a good few more I can't think of off the top of my head. What did it for me was wathcing him stroll out of the tunnel after half time towards his goal against Wigan. It was 0-0 we were fighting with 10 men and still had hopes of survival. Good riddance, Green will do us fine in the Championship.
Again, is this the same guy we were all touting as prospective player of the year.......? Maybe the players knew, as we did that post-hughes..we were really f**ked. Don't tel me anyone really expected to get anything at Arsenal this week and Liverpool last game? We just aint as good as some like to believe...face up to it!
Luxury we cannot afford...we have Green...who, although able to drop real clangers, is a very good goalie....and about the right level for the Championship. Won't go to Scum...they have Cech, who for all his age is still real decent (see him last night!)...and will be holding of newcomers for a season or two..... Gooners or abroad for me. Goodbye and thanks for all the fish
Judging from Harry's comments yesterday, we'll be looking for a few million for him as he's under contract...
