Not 606 is for football discussions. JA606 is for a bunch of kids who want to wum each other and deluded fans who think they know more than the people that run the game and media whose job is to understand and report on the game....ok maybe the second one is pushing it a bit.
Bit harsh Kyle. Anyone who wants to contribute to the discussion is OK by me. Some users comments baffle me, and I'm sure mine baffle others sometimes, but without opinion there is no debate!
Shut up about ****ing ja606, I am finished with it so get over yourselves, either comment on the thread topic or don't comment at all.
Would sign Higuain in a heartbeat. Only 25 years old and he has shown the potential to be a world class forward.
He has not been at his best this season, but normally he is very deadly in front of goal. His stats in La Liga, according to ESPN. 2011-12 season Games Started: 18 Goals: 22 2010-11 Season Games Started: 16 Goals: 10 2009-10 Season Games Started: 28 Goals: 27 2008-09 Season Games Started: 31 Goals 22 Not too shabby.
Also this season, he has like I said not be that good for Madrid but he has been deadly for Argentina. Scored 7 goals from nine world cup qualifiers.
This season he has scored a goal for every 3.8 shots in La Liga. In comparison, Van Persie scores for every 5.2 Premier League shots.
Still not convinced. Stats can be misleading. It doesn't show who he's scoring against or how consistently he's scoring. And when your team is scoring 5+ goals in most league games you're bound to be on the scoresheet a lot no matter how well you're playing.
He's good. Did anyone else think he looked a bit laboured for pace against Dortmund though? He doesn't have that explosive yard.
Sorry, only just seen this gem and had to reply. ARE YOU SERIOUS?! You should support Liverpool... next year is always their year.
Higuaine is a very Clinical finisher. I'm rather suprised there's people who are claiming he misses too many chances but then whenever we get linked to a TOP class player there seems to be a\ few outcries of 'overrated' - regardless of who the player is. He's a quality player - ALOT better than what he currently have.
I think he'd be an improvement on Giroud, but that said, you have to remember that Giroud has just had his first season in the premier league and despite the gloom about him currently he's still managed a decent return. He was always going to be compared with RVP - but overall I think he's done okay. Next season will be a real measure of his worth. That said, I do think we need to buy a top quality CF in the summer.
No, I was doing my best to be condescending. The guy insults me every post h makes like some pimply 12 year old, and I've had enough. Who the **** are you, his 10 year old girlfriend?
