Evening Minxy. Just got back from the Showcase Cinema. Ex had 2 free tickets courtesy of SkyMovies to see a film called 'Eye of the Storm' - The best compliment I can give this
film is that it was value for money.

 

No wine open tonight? I can manage a few beers of an evening but too many can cause rambles in the middle of the night.

Quality v Quantity seems to be the right route to take. Not many Chateau beers around. Mind you I do miss a pint of Hook Norton best.

 

I can heartily recommend the Swedish Cider OFH, tastes as good as any wine

 

I don't think Swedish Cider has quite reached rural France yet. Mind you I have found a beer from Corsica called Pietra from a micro brewery that has chestnuts in it and is as good as most big company ales in the UK.

Can be best described as 'coping'. He is OK during the day with things to do and people to talk to, he feels the loss most keenly during the evenings when he is in his flat on his own, not surprising,
it is a natural feeling.

 

No not surprising at all .... takes a long time to adjust to the loss of a partner
