I think SB will try to accommodate him if fit, as he is one of our few goal scorers.

Quinn was the worst player on the pitch on Saturday, but I still can't see him being dropped.

Elmo's been out of form but Quinn makes us tick. You can't take him out of the midfield. He might have struggled in the last couple of games (everyone has) but he's a cut above the replacements we've got.

me neither. I think Hobbs will come in for Mcshane and Simspon for Boyd. Koren will probably be on the bench.

Boyd and Fryatt after saturday imo. But i suspect SB will look at the full weeks training and see who looks up for it. Anyone who cannot be up for saturday needs to retire now ffs.

    Agreed.

It's probably too late now to start tinkering with the system, but if Elmo is a bit leggy at this stage of the season why not partly take
away his defensive duties and play 4-3-3 with him on the right of the front 3.

    Rosenior Faye Hobbs Brady
    Koren Meyler Quinn
    Elmo Simpson Boyd

Just thinking aloud really, passing time waiting for Saturday.....

    Oakwell is history.

    It's about character now.

It's also about having a potential matchwinner in the team.

    Koren needs to play.

Thought that at the start but in recent months Brady has been outstanding in his defensive duties. The number of times he has used his pace to get back and cut across defenders.

That's not the worrying bit, it's when he's got to stand his ground and make a tackle with someone running at him when trouble starts, because his timing of tackles isn't the best. He'll have to do that type of thing a lot more as a full back then he does as a wing back.

Alot better at a wing back position, His attacking football is better than his defensive football.
