Just don't reckon you can call it. Villa were abject the game before this, in the first half at least. Completely unpredictable. Saying that, if I had to put £100 down on a team beating Saints before the end of the season, would be Sunderland, rather than Spurs.
They were abject, agreed, they were totally abject. But they were also away to Man Utd, who had the title in their sights. I called a Villa thrashing the moment City lost to Spurs. But their five games prior to that game were three wins, one draw, and a narrow defeat vs Liverpool. Norwich on the other hand have had a shocking 2013.
Three teams on 37...don't like the feel of this...lets hope we can depend on Wigan. The only good thing is that it has stopped Sunderland in their tracks...would have been worried playing them after another win.
5-1 up, eight minutes to go. Good to see that people have finally stopped banging out this apparent myth surrounding Bent and a supposed upcoming payment being due to Sunderland. This isn't the first time this season he's come off the bench in the final 15 mins.
I put a £10 free bet on us to go down this afternoon, at 150/1. Waste of a free bet, almost certainly. But I couldn't ignore those odds.
