The ref was like that all day yesterday, there was one at our end where their man shielded the ball out of play, macca went near him and he gave a foul, but when their guy had a hand full of Meylers shirt near the end nothing. We got bugger all off that prick all day
Bruce seems to do it a lot though. Wouldn't surprise me if we were into double figures for subs coming on at half-time this season.
Gedo scored within a minute of coming on at half-time. Did Boyd do the same? Not at Huddersfield obviously, on his debut/home debut for us, or was his 1st minute of his game goal the only similarity with the Gedo appearance and Boyd had done it from the start of the game? There was definitely someone I made the comparison with, but we've had that many goals within a minute of kick-off of either half it's hard to remember them all. There's been one or two games where both "strikers" have been subbed at half-time. There was a game earlier in the season where we made a double sub at half-time, Olofinjana was one of the ones that came off.
