When suarez gets caught the typical Scouser answer is, yes he bit someone but so did Defoe, elbowed someone but so did Rooney, stamped on someone but so did Huth, went two footed but so did Scholes, dived but so did Bale etc etc . The point they fail to understand is that although they are right about these other players antics there own player does them all, often.
Makes you wonder what would have happened to him if he tried it on Chopper Harris and Bites yer legs Hunter......or those Wimbledon gentlemen! Today's lads are choirboys in comparison!
Boylesports betting for next seasons Premier League : Man U 7/4 Man C 7/4 Chelsea 7/2 Arsenal 16/1 LIVERPOOL 20/1 ????? Spurs 25/1
I would say that's about right.Spurs will never win another League Championship THESE DAYS until someone sinks their billions into the club.
Not really -for every Page Moss Koppite, GAF and Reverend Absurd (a few others as well) there's 20 others who think he should be knighted rather than punished . Let's not kid ourselves here though - every club's support would probably be the same.
... Insightful. Every club certainly has its set of one sided fans. Think as a collective Liverpool fans have been pretty balanced over the bite. Every single one I know personally has condemned him.
So a team without their star player scores six totally throwing out the theory that you need your best players to win. We didn't lose a match without Bale either. Interesting how our judgement can be clouded by favouritism.
I'm not sure that's the best example to use for your theory. As clinically as Liverpool took the chances presented to them. That's exactly what they were - presents!. Newcastle were laughably bad. Absolute bloody shambles. I think even our misfiring forward line might have stuck 6 past them yesterday.
Newcastle gave up after the third goal... They had a brief resurgence second half but Sturridge's first really hurt them. Coutinho was, regardless of the opposition, outstanding, however.
Yes, he looks to be a very good signing. However, if you give a player of his ability the amount of space Newcastle gave him, you're going to get your bottom smacked!..
Certainly. For all the fuss about Tiote he was anonymous. Perch too. Sissoko was playing right wing for some reason. Refreshing to have a player with his skill on the ball and the vision to do the unexpected.
nah Newcastle will be alright, they will probably win at West Ham in which I don't see Wigan winning 3 games out of 4
Thats my punt too, Wigan have got a Cup Final to play which is a draining occasion either way, win or lose. They play Swansea tuesday, 4 days later the Final, then 3 days to recover for the Goons...not happening, they're gone this year.
