So I presume then the people criticising Bony on here know for a fact that he doesn't live in a 4 bedroom detached house, doesn't have a decent job and is a horrible to children and animals Never mind Bony, at least it's still a step up from Donkland
Keep the handbags out of this people. Scotty took an offer he could NOT refuse. You would all drop your jobs in a heartbeat for double the current wage, and I would love anyone to disagree with that. He served us well and will be a Jack for life in my eyes. I'd have him back tomorrow.
It may sound like spur grapes because he left but I feel we are a better team without him. Of course it would be better to have him than not have him, but had he stayed this season I don;t think he would have been starting games. Like Chico, i will always have a lot of time for him and keep an eye out for how his career goes as I do with a lot of ex-players like Dobie and Orlandi, but in terms of quality I would rate Borini far and above Scotty.
totally disagree, he will never be a jack for life in my eyes, good on him for his career move but he was useless the last season he played with us, tf we sold him imo
I'm with Musty on this. He took the money, I don't blame him for it because he's financially secure for life but he's gone now. I won't forget the Wembley Hatrick and I would never give him stick if he played against us but a Jack for life ? Not for me
Oh come on now you cant call a player who did a great service for us as useless...he was far from that and he has earned the right to be a jack.....Id have him back in an instant as i think he would be a great player under laudrup and the type of left winger we need that is not afraid to take a shot on goal....
Not really, kind of represents his move to Citeh as far as I see it, why would a player of his ability, want to burn his career on the bench at citeh, surely he wasn't that stupid to think he'd get played!..........
he is not wasting his time though is he....He has played and he has been part of the first team squad......A player like our Donnelly i feel sorry for who has not had a sniff of the bench let alone play.....he has been our best player in the reserves and is scoring for fun.....If i was him i would request a transfer if he is not included in the first team squad for next season....I hope laudrup gives the lad a chance to prove himself or let him go out on loan to play first team football at the very least...
Scoty did a decent job for us so good luck to him, he`s just one of many that come and go. out of all the recent players we have had here i would`nt mind Gomez back but there are not many others.
"surely he wasn't that stupid to think he'd get played". You seem to infer that he hasn't played, then. But he has, albeit off the bench. I bet he feels really "stupid" when he checks his Bank balance every month.

It's regrettable to see the likes of Sinclair being pilloried for moving on in his chosen profession. The antagonism is totally unfair and totally unjustified. Such negativity smacks of small mindedness, envy and a touch of immaturity. Orlandi,Graham and Dobbie don't suffer the same fate, because they didn't leave, they were moved on.
Chico there were quite a few others who contibuted to us going up. Personally i dont give two hoots for Sinclair, he has gone and is just one of hundreds of ex players out there. I wouldnt want him back, we have moved on now.
The way Dyer, Pablo and Lamah (hasn't done much in the short space of time he has been here, so the jury is still out) have been this season he couldn't do no worse. At the end of the day, as Ash and Dai have both said, nobody would have turned down the wages that Man City have offered him at his young age. Personally, the move was all about the money and everybody would do the same thing, and after all the things he done for the club in helping getting us to the PL, I for one would welcome him back to the club, especially if it was on a loan deal.
