Tommy Smith in particular is a Herts Boy, and would no doubt be very pleased to see WFC promoted. Problem is, neither of 'em are regulars in Cardiffs first team, so if selected and do something at Hull, will MM be lynched as is an away game. You must have read the 'quality' of some of Hulls supporters on here, and Malky owes Watford nothing.Nice letters to Cardiffs manager still probably best tactic!
Heiðar is injured so he may not be able to play. This is bad as he is the top marksmann for Cardiff City.
I have wished Hull good luck and can only say the same to you guys. From the way Malky was shouting from the touchline today you would think we had to win, you should know whatever the result he does not take any game lightly. We will upset one of you now and that was not our intention. I will support whichever team has to go through the play offs, we know how hard that is. good luck, jck
I suspect it's the attitude of the eleven players out on the pitch that will count for more than anything MM thinks. He can say anything he likes before the game but his team are already promoted as champions...win or lose. They could turn up in holiday mood; on the other hand they could be confident and relaxed enough to play a nervous home team off the park. Let's hope it's the latter, though none of it will mean anything if the tension gets to our own players.
too close to call to be honest...we definitely have the seemingly easier fixture, but that means nothing in this league, we all know that from bitter experience. It's all down to how the players perform on the day.
i won't lie, i hope you're right...but i for one will be very nervous from now til Saturday! It can't come soon enough!
definitely your team need a good talking to before next Saturday but they'll want it really badly...i'm sure they'll go on all out attack..same as ours...'cept you will win if you do...and our result won't matter then!
Helgusson has done a ok job but hes past it. Should be nowhere near our starting line up even if fit. If Helgusson , Cowie and Smith are all in our starting line up then Hull have a chance. They wont be though = you getting 2nd spot unless you mess up. I cant see Hull beating us.
