Well all you idiots who wanted Watford to win win have got your wish, lets just hope we can equal tomorrow what Watford have done tonight otherwise you will properly come on here moaning saying how crap we are are ect ect ect. Yes we are going to Barnsley tomorrow against a team which are second from bottom of the championship but at the same time a team who have beaten at home this season Leeds, Brighton, Wolves, Watford, Leicester, Lets just hope for the real genuine fans that we go there and get a win, all i can say is tonight's over with, get behind the lads tomorrow, lift them because they have just had a couple of very poor performances against the bottom two in the league, they will really need you behind them. I got my ticket for tomorrow the second they went on sale. And I was hoping for us to get a big occasion, if Watford were kicking off tomorrow I'd be hoping they lost. Calling other fans, there's been a lot of that going on on here today and yesterday, all coming from those who abusively attacked city fans who would like us to get promoted when were playing. Maybe you should look closer to home. I've been going since 93 when I was a little kid. I blame my parents for not being as good a fan as you, it's not my fault I wasn't born in the 70's.
I saw my first game 13 years ago... i'm obviously not a real ****ing fan but whatever happens come 15 days time... i'll ****ing support them.. i may say stupid stuff in the heat of the moment but whatever division we are in... hull through and trough... i ****ing love travelling and wearing my hull top see people faces... my home town club proud for life oh aye.. gutted i'm not going to barnsley but i honestly thought since i've not been to an away game this season i shouldn't go to this one.. probably ridiculous but you know..

I left this site a while back because of people taking things too seriously and arguing with each other, I see not much has changed. Lets all be as loud as possible and let the lads do their bit however long you have been a fan or whether your a regular. Come on city!
The point i am making is if we didn't get promotion then it could be because of tonight, of course every Hull City fan would love it to happen during a game that we are involved in, its the best way to do it but why gamble what if we didnt win against Barnsley or Cardiff believe me that can happen, i really hope it dosnt and i will love it if we win tomorrow, hopefully we will, i think i have hit a nerve here but believe me i really mean in the beat interests of city and all our fans, I know you only wanted Watford to win because your thinking well that's great now we can do it in front of all us tomorrow, i really do hope your wishes come true because i will have the beer and cigars out tomorrow but its a gamble i would rather not have had to take, i suppose you have may be got more bottle than me but i just want city to go up as quickly and as soon as possible so if that's fun-kin wrong i am sorry but that's how i feel about it.
I think you're dreaming a bit there john, no offence. We haven't gambled anything, the Leicester - Watford game was out of our hands, it had **** all to do with us, no one at Hull City could influence it. It's not like Zola rang us fans personally and told us he's willing to throw the game but we said no we'd rather do it tomorrow. We've said we'd rather seal it ourselves tomorrow, that we as fans would enjoy that more, and of the last 3 chances (Bristol, Tomorrow, Cardiff) I would most prefer it to be tomorrow, where I can have a ruckus with 5499 other like minded fans packed together in the same stand, rather than in a **** place in the KC stadium where I don't dare stand up in fear of knocking someones flask over or shout in case I damage a poor 2 or 3 year old toddlers ears. Some people would do really well to understand that.
It's not wrong at all johnbo. You didn't even mention anything about 'not real fans' either so god knows why someone threw that in. You make a valid point. I've noticed some of the posters on here who wanted Watford to win are the kneejerkers who slate the team after every loss. The same ones who usually start swearing and calling up other posters for questioning their logic. Tomorrow's no foregone conclusion. If we bottle it you just watch who has a massive moan on here. Some posters are so certain we'll beat Barnsley, they'll lose it completely if we don't. There's not been the most encouraging signs with our form recently either but hopefully a week off has corrected that.
So, why shouldn't they? City are a better team. ....and if we don't do it tomorrow, we still have another free hit - 'cos that's the leeway our boys have given themselves by being the 2'd best side in the league with 2 games to go - by a comfortable margin. By kneejerkers, you mean me, patty, Erik and maybe a few more, who before a game will say "I think we will probably lose", then when we've lost it we are all of a sudden kneejerkers. No, we are just not blindly optimistic like little lost sheep. The ones who call up posters for questioning their logic, I hope that's irony, as me and the others were properly attacked on our logic, not questioned, with ridiculous, feeble and completely pathetic arguments like "you'd risk promotion for a few kicks". Tomorrow will probably be tough, no one said it would be easy, but if our players have anything about them, for one last game they will really turn it on and if they do, they will be too much for Barnsley to handle. If they can't turn it on in the next 2 games, they'll deserve it if Watford overtake us. They'll also deserve any 'slating' they get if they play like utter **** and throw it away without a whimper. I will only moan if they play like ****, if they play really well and still get beat, at least they gave it their all and went down fighting. If we miss out on promotion I will be pissed off, we've been given the most golden opportunity, we should already be there or thereabouts. We've already made it too much hard work of it. But if we do miss out, one thing is a cold hard FACT - we won't have missed out because I wanted Watford to get something so tomorrow could be more meaningful.
