Lambert sounds like he's ****ting himself as he knows that to lose this game puts Villa under massive pressure. Slagging the opposition will do him no good. My mate's a Villa fan and is certain we'll beat them.

I like Lambert but if I was him I'd be trying to deflect all the attention on the failings of Villa this season as well and without a shadow of a doubt, its now between them and Wigan in that last game, unless either one wins all 4 games remaining (and that will simply not happen), for the drop.

I think we can go there and go for the win and take the draw. They will be nervous as hell and if they concede early then I think they will collapse. If they get a goal mind they will be pumped for the challenge so we must be ruthless when we get chances. A point and I'm on me holidays. 3 and I'll be just champion.

Benteke's always a bit of a worry, but I think with the way we've been holding our shape and closing down players, we can nullify their attacking threat

To be fair, Benteke is their ONLY attacking threat whereas under PDC, the likes of Sess and Johnson are revitalised and Graham will get a goal if given a chance. Also Larsson seems to have rediscovered his free kick exocet missile and Gardner will be back to offer a midfield threat too.

We have far more firepower under our new manager than we did just before - 5 goals for and only 2 against in the last 3 games (4 in 2 away games and 1 at home) so I think we have the counter attack game well sorted.

Couldn't agree more. Seb was unlucky not to score against Everton. He seems to have found his form, so I wouldn't be surprised to see him i
on the scoresheet. Gards will be itching to score too. Can see us scoring 2 or 3

Lamberts right, we are still in a relegation battle and it would be naive to think otherwise.

We get beat on Monday night and it will be arses dropping again.
