8/11 looks a hell of a price to me about Un Atout.

He was excellent Bob..looking at the slo mo replay you can really see the difference in him and Moore.

I'm just glad the Moores didn't win...ghastly creatures...

I can be critical of him but that ride had everything I've won on Quevega, The Fly and SDC. Stupid really. Won't be risking it like that again.

Good ride by Davey Russell, I was about to say Un Atout didn't get the trip before he battled back. Still think he's a better 2 miler though, don't think he'd of troubled Pont Alexandre

He's a lovely big specimen and will make a great novice 'chaser next season.

Mullins could feasibly have the favourites for the Arkle, Jewson and RSA going into the Festival if Champagne Fever, Un Atout and Pont Alexandre improve on their hurdle form. All three should make better chasers in theory.

I was also on the just 'piled the Fly winnings onto Un Atout and then nearly shat myself after the last' boat as well...Like a broken record but Davy Russell is some jock ain't he.

Think he'd have the class to be an Arkle horse Bob on the usual good to soft opening festival ground. The way he jumps a hurdle you'd be hopeful he'd be pretty accurate over the fences.

Think it depends whatever else Giggenstown have in the novice 'chase division come March but it has to be the Arkle.

You need something that stays a bit farther imo.

Also he is now a G1 winner and the Jewson is a G2.

Un Atout - Willie says his Frenchbconnections think he'll be better than SDC and will be a staying novice.
