Whose human rights?

    Can someone please explain why criminals, terrorists, preachers of hate have any human rights, when their victims have none, since a previous government signed the UK into the human rights treaty we have seen or heard about how someone can not be sent back to his homeland because it would be in breach of his human rights what of about the rights of the victim or their family?. How out of touch are the judges that go against public opinion?. Over to you what do you think about the Human Rights Act and how would you improve if you could?

    They have to enforce laws no matter how stupid

    I know plenty of **** judges.

    Some judges are just prejudging ****ers. I've seen people found guilty simply for having the misfortune of having previous dealings with the judge.
