    Maybe you "loved" his attitude but 99% of the Newcastle fan base thought that he was an old codger who wasn't good enough for Newcastle. And let's face it, they're right.

    Yeah, god forbid someone's new to a forum. How dare they not have joined the instant it was created.

    What's wrong with signing someone as cover when you have 3 fit strikers, and the transfer window has ended. I'm sorry 99% the Newcastle fans you appear to have surveyed were so negative about him, but its understandable given we had just lost Carroll.

    Great bloke, at no point did I bemoan his signing and most of the people who took the piss out of him were Mackems and other rival fans.

    His workrate and attitude are top notch and he seemed to have a great influence on the younger players. Loved it when he was warming up and he stopped to clap the fans, class. <ok>

    Chill man. Shefki was quality. Great to have around, i'm sad he's gone. Should've got some game time against West Brom. Why not?

    He should continue training with us because he is such a legend and everyone liked him so much.

    I'll never forget his legendary interview where he talks about him and Lovenkrands creating a Cheick sandwhich!

    Nothing wrong with a Newbie but one that talks ****? We all respect Kuqi and his attitude, he didn't play much but always gave his all and was delighted to even be a part of this club. He is a legend in that respect. Was he good enough? Probably could have been.

    He was certainly at or above Shola's level, and showed far more desire. I dont know why he never got half an hour as a sub.

    I wasn't talking **** at all. There were enough topics on the old 606 and numerous other message boards slagging Kuqi off when he signed, but now that he's gone you're all acting like he was some great player that you were behind all the way.
