Lol Ruud Gullit just did a German invasion of London joke live on air. Brilliant! Rednapp didn't know where to look...

Klopp has such a great personality. Great tactician. When you consider we have Rodgers, it just feels like we will never accomplish anything with him. The closest thing we can get that could get us playing like Bayern and BVB is Rafa.

    Patience mate.

Klopp was the manager of Mainz for 7 years when he was 39 - he did a decent job and got Mainz into the Bundesliga and into the UEFA Cup but was relegated.

Then joined BVB and finished 6th in his first season, which was a big improvement on the last season. He then improved again the following season by finishing 5th and then won back to back titles.

The point I'm trying to make is that Rodgers is still very young compared to other managers and is still learning and developing. It's not ideal when this club needs experience from top to bottom. In addition, Klopp took time improving his squad and we need to give Rodgers the same.

Tactically, I do ask questions of Rodgers's approach. Unless we have superb ball retention skills, then our defenders will always be exposed playing the way we do. However, at least Rodgers's is proactive and will make changes as quick as possible.

I know exactly what Klopp has done, and I'm not saying Rodgers isn't a good manager. I just don't see tikka takka football getting us anywhere. I would rather a manager who has more than one trick in the box, I don't think Rodgers has that.

Crikey, looks like Gerry will succeed in 2013 where he failed in 1940 in having 70,000 germans marching on London.

Fear not though fellas, I've got in touch with Ian Lavender, as the only surviving member of the home gaurd, and we've got some big plans for them. If they think we're going to let em in without a fight, they can jolly well think again.

As far as I am aware all those fellas that we slaughtered in the crusades had their papers in order. Did them no good.

    look:

    1. the baton of best league in the world has passed form spain to germany.

    2. I predicted barca's demise so I'm happy.

    3. I love the fact mourinho has failed in the biggest club in the world.

    4. two really calss games of footy were played this week and missed by this forum sadly.

    5. it seems to me the leagues now rank germany, spain, italy, england... at BEST

    Can't wait for the final!

Wouldn't agree that Italy is ahead of us, although it is fairly even. Despite this weeks results I'm still not convinced that Germany is better than Spain, though the way things going they are not far off, aslong as Dortmund and Bayern can keep the best stars in the league and add they'll eventually over take. What's interesting is the way both Bayern and Dortmund and run.
