It seems City players go to Prinny Quay more than all the other residents of Hull do.

I once sae Jack hobbs in st stephs tesco with a handful of wii games sporting his movember tache only to be trumped an hour later when I walked past deano (also in tesco) to which I said to my mate "that's dean windass" he turned around and said hello. It was a good day. Me and a friend were discussing city wags and as we got onto quinn him and his bird walked out of river island right in front of us. Think his ears (along with his hair) were burning.

I went to the players private party upstairs at Sugarmill after the reception at city hall. Ate nachos with Hughes, had sambuca bought by Nicky featherstone and sang we are the champions with Campbell while the public downstairs looked up and applauded and had to drag Pedersen out of leonardos cos he couldn't work out why they were annoyed that he'd walked in with his drink from Sugarmill

I played in a band with Gordon Staniforth. Went to watch his debut v Fulham in the mid 70s. At rehearsal the next day he showed us the bruises on his legs courtesy of one John Cutbush. At least he didn't get bitten.

I met Bill Bradbury ( 30 goals) in the late 50's at Pickering Rd Anlaby Rd, I had just left school ( Kingston) asked for his autograph, he said " You better be quick", He was transferred the next day. I had a scoop but I was only 13.

Utter nonsense. The current squad would not be able to relate to Ian Ashbee. Sadly.

I don't even think I'd recognise Stockdale. He just has the most standard appearance.

Saw Deano in town the other day and pointed it out to my mate but he didn't believe me for some reason. Then a load of ****ers in FC caps made the same observation and suddenly it was true. ****. He isn't even my mate in fact.

I've also seen a few others in St Stephens: Zayatte and Harper I can remember. Zayatte looked particularly lost (course he did).
