Sorry if this has already been mentioned on your forum, I did check but couldnt see it <ok>

The Memorial stadium is the place to be on bank holiday Monday 6th May. The Bristol Legends Derby is back and kick off is 2.30pm. You will see local celebrities line up alongside Gas and City legends, with supporters able to buy sponsorship opportunities and places in the team.

It is a charity game is in aid of 'Kicking Out for Kids', an organisation that raises money for the care and support of children and their families with life-limiting or life-threatening illnesses. Money raised from this game will go to 2 local children's charities: 'The Children's Hospice South West' and 'The @One Youth Movement'.

Last season the same event ended Gas Legends 7 City Legends 6. Cureton got 3 for the Gas!

The teams squad is nearly complete for the upcoming game, just waiting for confirmation from a few players on both sides.

There will be a variety of activities on offer before and during the match, including a small fun-fair with ice creams and burgers aplenty. Tickets cost £5 for adults and £2 for children, and will be available in advance from both Bristol Rovers and Bristol City, or on the day. You can also hire an executive box for the day, for just £300, including light refreshments.

Try and get to the game as its for a great cause <ok>

My son is playing in this fixture again, his third year playing.

And he has promised to smash a beauty in to the top corner and kiss his City badge right in front of the Rovers fans...

Really looking forward to it this year, hope the weather stays good..
