Once again, proving how much they've improved. A long way to go though.

I have to admit that i do enjoy watching German football when i can, however it is not all it is made out to be. Don't get me wrong they have two great sides and some other good sides to. However they brag about how good their crowds are, no trouble, finances, however if you look deeply into it, they are no better than us in all of them areas at all.

The atmosphere last night and tonight is far better. Flags waving, loads of noise before the game starts, no sitting there demanding to be entertained and needing a goal before they can sing. And rewarded in both instances by an early goal.
Agree the finances of a lot of them don't look as good as portrayed when looked at closely. Good article about that a few weeks ago in one of the papers.
However, safe standing, cheaper tickets in some areas and serving beer at the seats make for a better march day experience than we encounter.

Dortmund have had a few decent seasons with the great squad they have, but the Bundesliga will become a one horse race again once Gotze leaves for Bayern and Lewandowski & Hummels leave Dortmund.

I don't want a German side to win at Wembley. I have no problem with Germans (as a nation) or any individual players, it's just i can't stand their football teams. Their efficiency is sickening and i'm particularly bitter about it.

They're better than England are internationally, but they're miles behind Spain. I can't see their young lads winning anything. And to be honest, it's always a great laugh seeing anybody beat them.

I don't agree with the "better than the premier league" comment. Dortmund and Bayern will challenge for a top 6 spot, but the other teams wouldn't. Where we have 6+ teams who could occupy any of the top 4 spots.

its an all day event, fans are there hours before, they set flares off, and sing and jump about for hours, drink is allowed in the tribune (stand) its electric and it goes on all day, and there is no trouble the away fans mix together in the pubs fine and even have Freundshafts, its a club friendship, we dont have it here, and we cant get our heads around it, its like us been best friends with say...Ipswich and we all meet up for a good party, its weird

German clubs have agreed a number of security measures after concern over a rise in violence connected to football.
The top two divisions' 36 clubs voted in favour of tougher stadium checks and a crackdown on flares and smoke bombs.
Other measures include tougher action on offenders, extra surveillance and more training for security staff.
Clubs had come under pressure from politicians to act after criminal action against fans reached its highest level in 12 years.

Shut up you boring little tit

I've got to admit they're very innovative. Should do this for Simmo or Proschwitz

St Pauli are famous because their manager wears jeans.

    Or something.

None of which alters the fact the atmosphere is better than ours because we have too many boring little tits sat in silence demanding to be entertained.I wish we could have just a part of the atmosphere they had at Bayern last night and Dortmund tonight.
