Steak gives you cancer. That's a lot scarier than a glorified version of Pacman.

    The future belongs to games.

In 40 years time, the primitive nature of people sitting receptively watching something without participating will seem prehistoric.

Games are more immersive and emotive than films.

Does anyone remember The Changeling with George C Scott? That film is terrifying in a subtle sort of way. The house he moves into is haunted by a child, and he keeps hearing noises and finding things about the place. He takes the child's ball and throws it in the river, but when he returns home there is a slow bouncing noise coming from the stairs - then slowly the same ball appears from the shadows and lands at his feet. A masterpiece.

Demons - Watch this with the lights on.

House - Anyone remember the video cases with the severed hand ringing the doorbell on them?

Bloodtracks - This film has got members of the cock-rock band Europe in it. Pretty decent horror, actually.

    Yes indeed. A classic film.

Also the one with Julie Christie and Donald Sutherland was it? Very haunting indeed.
