    Like saying what do people have against OJ bar the murders.

    It's part and parcel of football tribalism. There are still Chelsea fans to this day that begrudge Anton Ferdinand.

    When a crime or incident has occurred it's human instinct to blame either the victim or the suspect. The smart people do neither and instead look at the system I.e ask why the incident occurred and how it can prevented.
